"Take the files to the Operations department. Tell them to work on it and send it back to my desk before the weekend."

"Also make sure the head of the department briefs you on all you need to know about the projects at hand against our next business trip. Okay?"

"Clarissa?" I lifted my gaze from the computer when I didn't hear any reply.

Clarissa was standing in front of me, staring back at me yet her mind seemed to have wandered away. My brows furrowed and I knocked on my desk thrice as I called out loudly, "Clarissa!"
