Isla POV
The mall was buzzing with its usual weekend chaos; families pushing strollers, teenagers laughing by the food court, couples weaving between stores. I stood by Eric, pushing the shopping cart, ticking off our list as we walked.
"Okay, so the feedback came in," Eric said, scrolling through his phone. "Customers loved the flavor, but hated the mess. And it was too salty."
I nodded, jotting something down. "So we cut back on the salt, and maybe find a way to make it less crumbly."
"And maybe add a new flavor?" Eric's eyes lit up. "Like spicy? Or—"
I held up a hand, smiling. "One thing at a time....
