"Who's that?" I ask my mate seeing a boat getting close and him sitting up, he looked worried now, the look of guilt is back on his face, there's something coming, and that something isn't good.

"That's...that's...someone I work with," he says, but the words were lies, I could tell right away, I'm not stupid.

"Eli, who's that? Don't lie to me," I say in a firm voice, I'm done playing the victim, I refuse to be the victim ever again, one time was more than enough, and I won't do it again.
