Violet's POV

"That was the last patient ma'am." My assistant said as she poked her head through the open door.

"Alright, thank you." I smiled at her.

"You are welcome ma'am." She smiled and closed the door behind.

I physically relaxed into my chair, glad that I was finally done for the day. I was already more than exhausted from all of the patients I had to see today and all week to be honest.

It had been a busy week with me in the hospital and Jason with Vince’s paternity test. We were all just trying to survive till the issue with Camile and the press blew over.
