Grace chuckles at my surprise, leaning down so that our foreheads are now touching.

"Of course I want to help" she says

I bring my hands up to rest on her cheeks before tilting her head down, connecting our lips in a quick kiss.

"Thank you,"

She hums in response.

"You can start by helping me find a way to reverse the effects of a vampire's mind control power on a human" I say

A chuckle falls from Grace's lips as she sits upright on top of my body like she was earlier.

"Okay, I'll do that as soon as you take a shower,"
