The staff psychologist, Miss Danaira, turned out to be a very good, warm-hearted person who took Tammy's psychological problems quite close to her heart. She first explained to her how too harsh upbringing, reinforced by the prejudiced attitude of her grandmother and aunt, developed in her a whole bunch of complexes tied to her main problem: underestimation of her own personality. Because of this, she had a constant feeling of guilt, self-doubt, fear of harming someone with words or deeds. These feelings were so strong that it interfered with Tammy's life.
