"Oh okay, but just know that we are not doing anything. I have somewhere to be this morning and I can't be late for even a second." His words were laced with a hint of tension. He knew too well that he didn't have anywhere to go that morning but he hoped that the excuse would banish the idea of Maria trying to seduce him again since they both knew that he wouldn't be able to resist her.
