I couldn't stand sleeping on an empty stomach and I kept cringing at intervals.

I'm starving!

A knock came on the door and I sublimely walked to it.

I just hope its Caroline.

She needs to get me something to eat.

I checked who it was and it turned out to be one of the maids.

She carried a heavy tray on her hands and I needed no one to tell me it was food.

"The King ordered me to bring your dinner to your room" Her sweet voice echoed.

I stole another glance at the tray and heard my tummy grumble.

It felt embarrassing but I cared less....
