"Next! we heard someone say behind the table in the gym handling out the homecoming tickets.

We saw a freshman guy and a freshman girl smiling and holding hands, walking past us.

We were in the line right behind the couple. So, now it's our turn to pay for our homecoming tickets.

We walked up towards the table, and we all handed out five-dollar bills to the girl behind the table collecting the money.

"We would like to buy three tickets, please," we tell her.

She stared at us. Then she gave us a fake smile and blew out a bubble.

We didn't know she was chewing gum....
