Ivy re-entered the jungle, clutching her last ounce of courage in her despair. Ivy, thankfully, had changed into comfortable leather sneakers before boarding the plane.

The trees in the woods towered several dozen meters above the ground. They weren't as lush and dense because the thickness of each one was at least the width of several people. The trees were also a species she had never seen before.

She strolled, step by step. She scraped her hands on the sharp tree branches, and the blood streaks were visible against her pale skin.
