Jasmine"s POV

"Time for your accessories now," she said when she was through with my hair. She handed me my pair of black wedges, gold bracelet and gold necklace. Not actual gold though or else I would had pawned it a long time ago.

"WOW!" she said, taking a step backwards and admiring her project when everything was completed and I was ready to go.

It was 6:25 pm. I was pacing the sitting room back and forth. Palms sweaty and mumbling words to calm myself.

"Girl, please settle yourself. You"re acting like a bloody chicken without a head. Relax!" Zenia scolded.
