Samuel sat at his desk while Amelie and I took the chairs in front of it.

“So, Amelie, what would you like to discuss?” Samuel asked.

“Well, Samuel. In the short time I’ve worked here and gotten to know you, I’ve come to respect and trust you truly. You almost feel like a big brother to me,” Amelie stated.

“That’s so kind of you, Amelie,” Samuel declared. “I do feel like we have a special relationship, kind of like a brother and sister.”

“Great, now I have two brothers to deal with,” I joked.
