"Are you really sure about leaving your job at the clubhouse?" Willa asked when we got to our shared apartment. The cab driver was kind enough to help me with my bags.

"Thank you," I said to him before shutting the door, then I turned to Willa. "It's best that I left, Wil." I stated.

"You broke things with the president. That's not enough grounds for you to end your job contract with the club. What happens to the remaining forty thousand dollars for this month and next month? That's so much money to lose just because of a breakup."
