We were soon in front of the grand gates and I could see that Lily was still very nervous. I turned to her and assured her with a smile.

“Do not worry. Nobody's going to choke you inside there. I am the one who invited you, I am the one who wants you here so nobody has the audacity to go against my wishes,” I assured her. Just then the door opened wide as all attention was on me or should I say on us because they were all so shocked to see Lily.
