My breath hitched in my throat as something pressed—no, poked—firmly against the small of my back. My eyes widened, every nerve in my body lighting up like a thousand warning signs. What the hell was that?
I swallowed hard, heat rushing up my neck as I shifted slightly under the duvet. Yep. Still there. Still very much HARD.
“What’s that?” I whispered, my voice barely audible, barely steady.
Behind me, Caspian let out a small, lazy hum, his face nuzzling deeper into my back like I was some kind of body pillow.
