As my brother says this, the whole place goes wild. The council members widened their eyes in shock. 

"This is too near." They say to him. "Well, that is how bad we want them gone. You have to make it work. You have been working very slowly for weeks now. I think it's one we make it work. 

The council head sighs, still in confusion.  He doesn't know what to say or do at this point, even the other board members.
