A week later...

Jessie peered out the window as Din's car came to a stop in front of the mansion, and as she saw the building, a smile crept across her lips. She hadn't visited or seen the mansion in a very long time, and she had missed it. 

After a week of strategizing to avoid being discovered by the family, the doctor approved Jessie's discharge from the hospital. Din reasoned that if the doctor had given Jessie a quicker discharge, the family would have known something was wrong, so he had instead chosen to give her another week.
