Chris POV

As soon as Mitchell arrived home in the evening, she squealed happily and hugged me tightly. She was obviously overwhelmed with joy and I think I know why.

"Chris! I'm the happiest person on earth right now. I don't know how to explain it but I feel like I'm going to explode with happiness. I need to take a shower to calm down" she said anxiously and went to the bathroom.

She returned a few minutes later but was still very anxious. She kept closing her eyes and opening them again as she pinched herself to be sure she wasn't dreaming.
