"Anna" Chris called after staring at me for a while

I stood still, staring at him but soon came to my senses. If I stand here like this and keep quiet, he will definitely know I'm Anna. I continued walking down the stairs and went to meet Kathryn who was seated on the couch.

"Who is he?" I asked

"He's like a friend" Kathryn said

It looks like they were having a heated conversation before I came here. Why did I even come downstairs now? I should have waited a bit longer.
