“So… nice party, huh?” Andrew asks as he slides next to the mini bar corner where I have retreated.
Shrugging, I lift the margarita to my lips and chug it in one go. The burn hits my throat and I shrug as I set the empty glass down.
“Damn, I did not know you drink that hard,” Andrew notes while staring at me in awe.
I cough and press my fist to my mouth. “Yeah, well this is a party,” I reply once I can breathe. “They went out of their way to get a functioning bar corner. I might as well enjoy it.”
