I stared at the floor weakly as Ga Eun concluded the story.

"You mean my parents didn't die in a plane crash?" I asked staring at her

"They were murdered" she said but I shook my head

It's a lie! Although I suspected they didn't die in a plane crash because everything seemed suspicious but a part of me also hoped they died in a plane crash.

I never thought they would be mermaids and that they were killed there.
