Even though the day was quite hectic in the beginning and, for the first time, Dr Samrat Malhotra and Dr. Simmi Oberoi coordinate with each other in a case with almost the same view, but it ended badly.

At the end, they both finally had disagreement again coz of their different point of view. They again ended their day with a dispute.
