I was sitting alone in my chambers and brushing my hair in front of the mirror, thinking about the long day and my mind was already tired. All I wanted was to see Alfred, to feel his arms around me.

Then someone knocked at the door.

I smiled. Finally. Alfred must have finished his work early.

“Come in!” I called out happily.
