The word slipped from my tongue and the whole room gasped, my eyes widening in shock.

“What the fuck did you just say now, Sienna!” Lina cautioned me silently and my breath seized. My heart pounded hard as my head spun, looking for a quick lie, but Noah came to my rescue immediately.

“She should rather go alone, Dad. You stay at home while she goes. Isn’t that good? Your woman might miss you,” he muttered, and the room giggled at his silly comment while Regina blushed hard like some lovesick idiot.
