“Scarlet”

I was lying down on my bed and I had my back against the wall when I heard my name being called. And since no one had entered the room and it was just Lara and me that was in the room I presumed that the call must be from her. She was assisting me to tidy up things in my room and so I figured she wanted my clarification on something.

It was already late and she was supposed to have left my room but I had requested that she stay a little longer amidst her protest of not wanting to go against the alpha’s command....
