I lay down close to Lalic slowly. Landon’s words kept playing in my head.

Landon: “The trio cleansing will go this way. Lalic will give his blood to the Chamlee. This would be done through some syringes connecting through their veins...”

All has been set. The syringe has been connected and it has carefully been connected through Lalic’s vein.

Blood flowed from Lalic to Chamlee who continued to whimper in pain.

My heart bleeds as I watched the helpless state of the Chamlee, and my heroic Lalic who just wants to see his father well again.
