We have been running for about twenty minutes now on the path the maid suggested, the one that leads to the market but there was no sign of them.

As we ran we kept to the lonely path to the market because I could tell that it had been traveled by a group of people not too long ago. However as there was no sign of them I am having a doubt about following this path because I believe if truly they had plied this route, then we should have caught up with them considering how fast we ran.
