DAWN’S POV

I was dragged like a hardened criminal away from my father and mother. We walked for over an hour without stopping for some rest or water and whenever I attempted to take a break it was met with some brutal resistance. I was kicked and beaten for daring to delay them a second longer.

Finally, we arrived at an old and deserted house on the outskirts of the Pack when it was almost dark.

Throughout my life, I never knew somewhere as this exists. Of course, I know about this part of the Pack, but I have never met this old and rugged house that looked like it...
