*Summer*

We are having an outing simply as a means to put the past completely behind us. Although I refuse to read more into his request than that, I do wish I had a fancier dress, but I possess only two, one a dark blue, the other black. So this evening it will be the dark blue one because at least the corners of the collar isn’t too badly ø frayed. I thought I had cast aside my vanity in want of a simpler life. What a disappointment to discover it had only been in hiding and that the attention of a young man could bring it forth so easily....
