He takes me to the Tempest Hotel. Since he has family connections, he is able to get us a rather lavishly appointed room, with lacy white curtains flowing down from the canopy. As I step over the threshold, I believe that perhaps this room had been decorated with newly married couples in mind. It is rather romantic with a low fire burning on the hearth and flickering candles positioned strategically to relegate shadows to the corners while illuminating the large four-poster bed.
I feel I should be nervous on my wedding night. But I am with Dion and have always been comfortable with him, so I merely am anticipating...
