After closing the door to the study, Harrison turned around.

With a deep gaze that pinned me in place, he approached with an aura of authority.

"Tell me. What do you really know about The Blue Blood Pack?!"

"I... I've only seen some things in a book once..."

I cautiously stepped backward, trying to avoid Harrison's penetrating gaze.

But the next second, he rushed toward me.

Grabbing my chin, he forced me to meet his eyes.

"Where is that book, Kayla?"

Harrison stared at me intensely, gradually increasing the pressure in his grip.
