I wake up feeling a bit refreshed but I know it’s only a matter of time before my body heats up again. Unconsciously, my mind drifts off to Malachi and I let out a frustrated groan. How could he take me to his house when he has a mate? But it’s not like I did anything wrong, I didn’t know and it’s not even my business.

I shove the thought to the back of my head, time to get the day started.

Pulling my body out of bed, I make my way towards the bathroom but a knock on my door has me turning my head.
