“I…wasn't following you” Eva stuttered and prayed inwardly that he wouldn't recognize her.

The supposed rogue stared at her face and squinted.

“I know you, you're Eva Silverstone” The man muttered, recognizing her.

He had seen her picture before and was talked about as the next target. She was to be killed anytime seen.

Eva shook her head and corrected. “You forgot to as the Smith's last name but I never knew that I was this popular”

He tightened his grasp around her neck and she struggled to speak or breath, his claws were also digging into her neck. Evs could never imagine dying in such a manner....
