“Breathe, I beg you” Alpha Trent said aloud, his voice was desperate and pleading. “Eva, breath with me, please”

The cup of water in his hand dropped to the floor.

“Eva” Serena muttered in shock, she placed her hand on his shoulder anticipating his next words.

“What is Eva saying through the mind link, is she fine?” Serena asked, but Alpha Trent raised his hand in the air for her to keep quiet.

Serena stayed silent after that, the last thing she wanted was to cause a distraction and complicate things.

Alpha Trent closed his eyes, trying to understand the rest of her words, but it was impossible....
