Knowing that she would do something crazy if she continued talking, Jessie hung up the phone. When she emerged, Enzo was taken aback as she had gone back into the old abandoned house.

"Jessie, what's going on?" Her appearance startled him, and he widened his eyes.

She continued, gasping, "One of the kids escaped. And here he'll be arriving with Caiden."

Now that Jessie was in real jeopardy, Enzo was a little worried for his sister.

"I can't let the boy see me here." Her panic increased even more. "I made the error of going to the captivity site and revealing my face to him."
