I woke up feeling so different, as if a burden had been lifted from my shoulders. "Good morning, mummy," I heard Estella's voice. Oh no, I quickly grabbed the blanket to cover myself fully and nudged Nicklaus to wake up.

"My angel, how are you doing this morning? Why didn't you knock before coming in?" I felt a little embarrassed for my child to see me like this, but I had to cover up somehow.

"I did sleep well, Mom. I'm happy you and Daddy are happy together in the same room," she said, displaying a wisdom beyond her years.
