I was lying on the couch, aimlessly changing channels on the large TV when I remembered something.

“Mom," I yelled, twisting to look in her direction

"Yeah?" She appeared holding a half-eaten apple in her hand.

"I forgot to mention earlier that Alex is coming by later to take me to see the new place he got for us."
