Claudius was already present at the field before I got there. He was unusually sweating, his breaths came in hard pants.

'We're running forty five today' he casually mentioned.

I raised my hands in protest. 'Consider me out of this! Forty five laps around this field is ridiculous' I bawled, immediately wishing Jake and Cassius had also come down for a little run.

He clapped his hands in sarcastic encouragement. 'I'm running with you, Rayna. We are doing the forty five laps together.'
