I hadn't blinked all night. I was sitting in the entry room, leaning on the wall. My body was so exhausted, but my mind was reeling. Had Blake left? For real? I could see the rays of sunrise through the small windows of the door and my heart stopped beating. It was morning. Had I fucked this up? Was it even my fault? I hit my head on the wall behind me and blinked.
