I seethed with anger, feeling the flames of fury burning within me. How dare she run away again? She acted as if she didn't know us, and it infuriated me to no end.

“Let me go, mister! Who are you? Do I know you?” she exclaimed, her voice filled with confusion and pain. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The woman I loved so deeply seemed to have no recollection of me.
