Antonio walked cautiously into Fairchild’s office, a bit nervous. Her text was urgent and from the look of her office she was packing up a box of files. On top of all that worry, his mind was on Janet. Her lead to her brother’s killer had their relationship on hold. He hoped and prayed she wouldn’t do anything stupid while she was enthralled in the mystery.
