What?

I walked over in shock, and then I looked over at Gabriel. "What are you talking about? Why is she calling you Daddy?"

Of course I was sure that this little girl was not Gabriel's daughter, I just wanted to know what they were talking about that made the little girl call him that.

Gabriel gave me one of the glasses of iced lemonade he was holding and explained to me.

"It seems she got separated from her parents, and after I bought the lemonade, she rushed over and hugged me, calling me daddy. Maybe I look a lot like her dad."
