It has been three days since the disappearance of Cassie, and alpha Damien hasn't been in his right sense since then. Thinking about the time they spent together, the pain she has been through, and everything, the thought of it hurts him badly. Dean wouldn't stop blaming him for being the reason she disappeared, and he never stopped threatening him.
