I climb off the deck and take a seat next to the pool. She comes down the steps with the drinks on a tray and a towel over her shoulder. I get up, take the tray from her and place it on the table next to the chairs. She drops the towel and a pair of swimming trunks next to my chair.

"There. It's hot and I'm going to take a dip later. Feel free to put that on if you want to join me." she says and sinks down on a lounge chair with her drink in hand.
