I opened my eyes. My room was dark. I looked around and instinctively looked over to my night stand to see what time it was. "What? What is it? It's 3 in the morning."

I looked around my room. It was a cloudy night. There was no moonlight shining into my room. My apartment being on the ninth floor of the building kept most of the street lights from aiding in my attempt to gather what was going on. I looked down at the foot of my bed and could make out the silhouette of Holly. She sat at the foot of my bed.
