“Hello, Mr. Sterling, you have a guest on her way to your office. I tried to stop her but...” I was holding the telephone to my ear, and when I looked up, I saw Janine at the entrance.

I sighed. “Don’t worry, Stacy. The erratic guest barging through protocols is my baby sister, Janine,” I said it out loud so she could hear.

She was fuming when she marched in, noiselessly pulled out a chair, and sat on it.

“Oh, my God! Mr. Sterling, I’m so sorry—”

“There’s nothing to be sorry for, Stacy. You were doing your job. Thank you very much,” I said, ending the call....
