All Bernice could do was smile.

"How did you two meet?" Remi looked at Tora.

"Bernice is one of my father's clients," Tora answered.

Bernice hadn't thought Tora would be so gullible as to say so directly. She immediately attempted to step in after seeing the question's inquisitive tone. "Tora, Remi, and I need to talk about something. Would you mind?”
