The second Caspian got into the room and found just Sandra and Liam alone, he paused.

“Where is Julia?”

“Mommy left, Daddy.”

The second Liam let out such a statement, Caspian froze. His veins stiffened as he stared blankly at Liam and Sandra, who were in his room.

“Left? What do you mean by that?” Caspian asked, just to be certain. He had clearly gone to get Julia back a few days ago, and now she was gone? How? Why? And why didn’t she leave with Liam?
