Curtis’s eyes darted tro and fro the dark surrounding of the big hall which his cousin’s party was going in. He could see some werewolves joking around with themselves, a lot of touching and teasing. And that particular scent, that scent that was threatening to drive him crazy was present.

He had perceived it first whilst they had been discussing Emma's case in a smaller hall. Not wanting to interrupt the discussion, or seem rude by walking out, he had curtailed his thirst till the meeting had been over.
