Nathan ran a hand over his face and then his legs began to shake once more. He tilted his face and casted a look at his mother and father and then his gaze landed on Rachel.
"Go home. " he muttered with a tired sigh, his nearly glossy eyes revealing that he was conflicted with different emotions.
"No," He heard Rachel say, "I'll stay with you. It's only right, I do that."
"T-Thank you." The words rolled off his lips with difficulty. He noticed his parents walking out of the door to converse more with the doctor. His eyes then darted back to an unconscious Anna on the hospital bed.
